Al Gore is criticised for lining his own pockets after £3,300-per-minute green speech | the Daily Mail

Global Warming is an agenda. They are all hypocrites and still drive their SUV's and have private jets. But, tell everyone they need to give theirs up.
It's a nice story if you're gullible enough to believe it.

Many will be deceived by false prophets and fake Jesus' and this shows vividly how that will happen.

I suppose Al Gore can be considered a false prophet.

Al Gore is a great American; more people should listen to what he is saying about global climate change!

And a "good" false prophet will deceive many. His effectiveness could be measured in how many are fooled.

Al Gore is NOT a false prophet. Inherent in the defintion is the ability to fool many people. Not only does he have a political agenda with his climate nonsense, he is too stupid to fool anyone. The term is not false prophet. It is idiot.

I don't agree with everything the scribe says, but I wouldn't call him "cruddy".

You folks are confused about what constitutes a prophet. Al Gore never has claimed to be a prophet, working off some divine knowledge. He is ringing the alarm that we need to wake up and take notice of the impact we are having on the earth. We'd best take care of it and err on the side of caution, as it is the only place we have to live. Isn't that what a real conservative would do? You guys act like a bunch of liberals!

Being as the goal of the global warming crowd is to usurp American power and sovreignty...."Al Gore" and "great American" should not be used in the same paragraph.

Besides...why should we believe someone who preaches absolute conjecture (conjecture with an agenda, no less) as scientific fact?

He doesn't set a very good example, it seems he's a "do as I say, not as I do" guy.

Why did he advise Clinton to NOT sign the Kyoto accords ?

errring on the side of caution is just another way of saying don't thoughtfully consider the evidence and determine the agenda just blindly follow the nutcases and destroy the economy.

I agree with him on Global Warming.
I can call his other ideas 'cruddy'.

If it weren't for the Hand of God, He would have
    been our president

    Evidently this has been misunderstood:

    I rephrase.

Isn't it a bummer when a cruddy person
like AL GORE is right

I may quit using prepositions, people can't handle
    them :(

Recall, the topic of this Topic is Al Gore,
    not Brother Scribe.

I hope everybody by now has noticed I try
NOT to insult or flame people on the board.
But I'm still working on my urges to insult
people who DO NOT post here .

Notice also I think I tend to bore folks who
run and find more interesting topics

This is the heart of the problem. If they were really concerned about global warming, if they really believed it was happening and was caused by man, then there is so much more they could be doing in other parts of the world. But they don't really care about global warming any more than they care about pollution. Their real agenda is the destruction of western economic powers.

    Okay then. :saint:

I don't believe Gore is right he does the same things he tells other not to do. Then he asks for far too much money at his speeches.

Like North Carolina Tentmaker said, "Their real agenda is the destruction of western economic powers."

I believe we all know the end to this story it's in Revelation. ;)

My joke failed. Ed didn't flame the scribe. I attempted to twist words around, for a joke. Folks didn't get it. Oh well. I will still do it, from time to time.

I have great respect for most of what Ed says. Ed is wrong on global warming, but he's still a good guy, and a strong Christian example.

The global warming advocates have turned it into a religion. I just heard the speaker of the house say to congress they need to have "faith" in the matter.
