Alleged Terrorist Met with Bush & Bush Advisor Carl Rove

No need...Baptists will vote for Bush no matter what, and he knows it.

 

My mother-in-law lived next door to a Muslim family. Every morning she would wave, or talk to them. They shook hands, helped each other with the yard, and such. For 15 years they were neighbors. Then, my in-laws were evacuated from their home one day. Their Muslim neighbors were making bombos in their basement. Their son had planted a bomb on the mayor's, of Burbank, Il., front step. Does that make my mother-in-law a co-conspirator? Or should they have an attitude that you "can't trust any of them. Deport them all"?

 

SheEagle, I saw this on a news broadcast a few evenings ago. The photo was taken at a photo op in Florida which, obviously, Sami Al-Arian used to his advantage.

Several Muslim Florida students weren't exactly sorry to see him go when they found out what happenned.

FYI - American Baptist National Ministries' Office of Governmental Relations has informed the White House that a faith based initiative is not in the best interest of Baptists nationwide. As we're all aware, a strict adherence to the separation of Church and State is a requirement for being Baptst.

Where do I find that "requirement" written down and in what "official" Baptist document?

You might want to look up your Baptist Distinctives, which every Baptist should know. Among them are Separation of Church and State, Believer's Baptism, Autonomy of the Local CHurch, and Authority of Scripture. The distinctives are not optional in Baptist beliefs.
