An interesting Primary today

Today - is Primary Day in NY.
I should mention that NY is a closed Primary State

Often the Conservative Party will officially endorse the Rep candidate.
For the past 7 elections the Conservatives have endorsed the Republican candidate
for District Attorney. This year, the Chair has decided that the Conservatives will not endorse the R, Rather the Chair has put the Democrat on the ballot. Since that happened, a member has passed
petition to get on the ballot. Her platform is that the D is NOT a true Conservative. She
has stated if she wins the primary - she will not run an active campaign - but rather encourage
people to vote for the Republican.
