Here is some very good info if you are getting rid of cable or satellite.

Sure w/ cable I had well over 200 stations
but I paid dearly for it.

With HD and sub stations - I get about 40 stations - including Christian
Just one purchase of a good antenna - and no more monthly bills.
(though Mrs. Salty does miss the Kitty Bowl on Super Bowl Sunday)

You could also try Amazon Prime... that will cost you like $30.0 at any store or on line for the plug in hardware... then you can rent movies and programming plus free stuff.

I recently saw Comcast marketing attempt to lure people in at an introductory price of $50.00 a month. Where was that when they jacked it for $200.00. Yea, cables dead and they killed it by they’re own greed.

Time-Warner (aka Spectrum) is offering $44 a month - for the first year
But if you get it - for a year - then cancel - then you have to wait a year for a special offer

If you are in one of the cities they cover, can use Locast to get all of the local channels for free!

Who needs cable when we have BB? We cover all genres here....documentary, soap opera (a lot of that), science fiction, and yes folks...even horror (just ask a moderator).

I've been reading more books lately.

We are having blackouts and power surges. I don't leave anything plugged in that I don't have to. I am only running off of small mobile devices on battery power and cellular data.

I used my stim check to get a large screen ebook reader.
