I need to add....Black Rifle uses premium beans (which obviously do not come from the US).Black Rifle Coffee prominently displays the slogan “America’s Coffee” and the American flag on its coffee bags, leading consumers to believe the coffee is grown or produced in the United States.
However, the plaintiffs argue that none of Black Rifle Coffee’s products are made in the United States, and that the company’s use of the slogan and flag is misleading and deceptive.
BUT it is made in the US (it is not grown in the US, but they do not sell raw beans).
They have a large roasting factory in Manchester TN (not far from where I lived years ago).
The company focuses on helping and employing veterans.
I am not sure I agree that it is not a US product. The roasting and prep is the main factor in producing coffee (not growing the beans). And the coffee is produced (made) in the US.
So....what is the difference between "grown in the US" and "made (or produced) in the US"?
