Anyone know any thing about A.S. Worrell? (1831-1908) He was a noted Landmark Baptist during the mid to late 1800's. I have some basic information on him, but am trying to dig a little deeper.

Good to see you on Baptist Board again Bro.

I don't have any information you are seeking, but will keep my eyes open. Have you done a web search? (perhaps this is a silly question). I have been searching local libraries for alot of the information pertaining to Landmarkism, it seems to be un-catalogged; even at WKU in Bowling Green.

I started a "web-site" once, but everyone (save one) visiting just bashed the view. This didn't bother me, but not a few "free banner" offers were refused me also, because of this and my "Calvinistic" views.

Many in writing Baptist history will quickly point to the fact that this body of believers has existed since Christ, but they were not called "Baptist" so they were not baptistic??

Will continue however, and you and your efforts are in my prayers.

    God Bless.
