Are christians still under the curse?

In the garden God said to Adam that he will have to work hard and sweat and he said to Eve that giving birth to a child will be painful and it still is. Does this mean that the curse is still upon us and Jesus didn't remove it? After all christian women still have pain giving birth to a child, right? But I thought that Jesus had redeemed us from all this.

Well, xdx, I think the pain of childbirth is part of our biological makeup. I know this flies in the face of Biblical literalists, but there you are.

But how would it have been in a perfect world if Adam had never sinned?

Somehow this is impossible to imagine. Would there have been no pain? How would it have been? What would have happened when Eve gets a child? Would it have simply slipped out without any pain? Somehow I cannot imagine how this is supposed to have worked.

No starvation.

No disease.

No weeds.

No pain in childbirth

No extermination of species.

None of those nice things that evolutionists like to "imagine as God's work".

Many animals give birth with no pain at all - Polar bears, Pandas etc.
