My question is: Does this citizen have a constitutional right to display this flag on his property?

Why would the issue even rise to the level of “constitutional law”?
What law forbids the display of offensive flags and who decides what flags are allowed and which are banned?

I don’t think that there are any regulations on flags in my neighborhood. There are ordinances on flagpoles that must be met, but what anyone flies on their flagpole is a matter of choice that is not legislated.

I know there are rules for the US Flag (like it must be taken down at night or lit) and I know that those rules do not apply to things like the “Boy Scout flag” (although most organizations choose to follow similar rules out of respect).
