Are Pelosi and Waters are Democrats with early onset dementia?

The last week has seen both Pelosi and Waters trying to rush to judgement and grab some sound bites for national news outlets, have made major gaffes in speaking againts Flynn and Trump. Their errors were almost as funny as Obama calling Navy Corpsmen, Navy corpmen.

BTW- I remember Maxine Waters when she was an L.A. city councilperson. She was an embarrassment then, and it is comforting to see how she has only grown in her ability to misspeak and look like a political buffoon. I know many folks in L.A. voted for her as Senator to get her out of the city.

I think these two ladies are poster children for "early"retirement. I think Congress and the Senate need to have a manditory retitement age, do you agree with getting a manditory retirement age on the next available ballot?

It would require a constitutional amendment, but I have no problem with age limits for federal office (including the Presidency). I think somewhere between 70 and 75 would be acceptable.

One possible exception: I would make the age limits as of the first day of a newly elected/re-elected term (or the first day in office, if appointed to finish another person's term). If you pass the age limit while in the middle of a term, then you are just ineligible for re-election. You wouldn't have to resign your office.
