OR 3 distinct wills of God for us?

It is not "Three wills of God."

In the flow of the original it is to be taken as one finding (discerning) the will of God by actively seeking out that which is:

1) good - honor bringing to God (note: this is a word is used as a noun)
2) acceptable - pleasing to God, reasonable, agreeable
3) perfect - that (especially moral character) which is free from stain, inconsistency, complete

Are you JesusFan, or a cousin, sibling or really close friend?

SO? What's your answer?

EDIT: Oh, I see the other account was banned. So this must be the one you are using now. I'm assuming you are the same person, just choose a different account name to use. Or are you a totally different person that acts just like him? Just curious as to whom I'm speaking with.

That "than" gives it away. Wonder why they didn't just do a name change. I believe vBulleten software allows that. Oh well, thanks for the clarification. I'll let you get back to your thread creation. ;) :)

Though that you would pick up on it!

The problem with trying to answer a question like this is that we, as finite beings, with finite minds, can never truly grasp an infinite God with infinite wisdom, power, and majesty. I read in the book of Nahum one time(either 1:3 or 1:6), and when I came across that verse, if I hadn't been setting when I read it, I might have literally fallen to the ground. It states that the clouds are the dust of His feet. Now, I think it is really an allegory, showing us how big our God is. To think at how big the clouds are that pass over us every day, and they are an allegory to be the dust of His feet? Man, you talking about a BIG GOD!!!

So, none of us will ever grasp all there is to God in this world, in finite bodies and minds. We are nothing more than mere grasshoppers. But, He knows which grasshoppers are His. :D :) :jesus: :godisgood: I am thankful that this grasshopper is His.
