.... mentioned in the Bible concerning church offices other than that of a pastor or of a deacon?

We are considering taking on (in a "volunteer position") a lady that has been a member for many years to serve as a youth director. She is a very dedicated Christian and wants to serve in this capacity in order to further develop our church's youth in order that they might mature in their lives.

Any insight that any of you might have on how she might be of help in this position would be appreciated.

...any insights? Yep, let her do it. She does need some type of "go-by" however but otherwise, the children are to important to be left to their own devices.
