Are children of God and the children of the devil brothers and sister to each other?

1 John, Chapter 3

7:Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.

8:He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

9:Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

10:In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

Kit, In the context of that passage the answer is no the lost and saved are not brothers since relationally one is related to God and one to satan, but we are to be as our Lord who loves all men, the saved and the lost.

More like Him

Then I am not required by God to love the children of the devil as my brother and sisters am I?

When did Jesus become God?

He has always been God.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Right there at that point in time

Was this God?

A. Yes it is God.

B. No it is not God.

The person we call Jesus has always been God.
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

So is that when God became Jesus?

God has always been God. Jesus has always been God. There was no time that God became anything or anyone as He has always been God.

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

Is this the beginning of God?
