199 deaths is what one expects here in Arkansas during a bad flu season.

“Modeling from the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University of Washington lowered the expected number of COVID-19 deaths in Arkansas from 619 to 199.”

Some guys in the back room on their computers came up with these crazy figures and caused a fear and a panic. Indianapolis is in bad shape and Indiana is not as good as Ohio and Kentucky but still the tri-state area here is ready to go to work except maybe Indianapolis.

Here in Union County, Arkansas, the number of active cases has dropped down to 12 as of Monday night.
