Alaska Airlines EEOC case
It appears that First Liberty is defending them because their union -- the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA -- is also too woke to defend their Title VII employment rights against religious viewpoint discrimination. Perhaps their motto is, “If it ain’t woke, don’t fix it.”Alaska Airlines claims to promote “healthy and honest discussions in the workplace on issues of diversity and inclusion.” But when two flight attendants posted questions about the airline’s support for the so-called “Equality Act” on a company forum – where they were invited to comment – they were investigated and fired! First Liberty has filed a Charge of Discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on their behalf.
