This data is from the Medicare Tracking System, which means it doesn't include the "victims" under age 65? Therefore, the total deaths are significantly higher, and then there are the life-crippling injuries. Far higher than the Medicare data that was obained.

Yeah, just like everything else that’s happening right now. In that light, just how far fetched is it? This is the chance they’ve been waiting for, I don’t see any flexibility in the plan. Do you? Amen brother. They made my 3 yo sister brain damaged thus causing such stress in the family that my mother had multiple nervous breakdowns and my father died of a heart attack at 39. Needless to say, I’m in your camp.

So sorry to hear that, brother. We are in the fight of our lives as a country. In fact, not just the US. And one of the greatest obstacles - even greater than the sinister plotting of certain people - is the "It can’t happen here" attitude of many otherwise intelligent people. Christians, especially, ought to know that all governments and agencies are susceptible to corruption and coercion. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. When did that stop being true? And is our present US government any different than the one that secretly gave Tuskegee blacks syphilis? Or that used our own servicemen as guinea pigs to test the effects of radiation at atomic blast sites?

Yes. Therecare several sources disputing the information. BUT the claim is from an unidentified whistleblower using an unidentified source, so you can't just look it up and review her source.

We do know the numbers are not from CDC data, AMA studies, VAERS data...etc.

So while interesting there is absolutely no reason to believe the lawsuit is based on actual data. Considering the lawyer (and previous dubious claims by America's Frontline Doctors) I would need to see more before drinking the kool-aid.

I am an insurance agent for Medicare Products, I have never heard of a Medicare Tracker. Especially not one someone could get their hands on.
