Resist the Media - They Will Never Make Abortion the Forefront Talking Point
Everyday we are served our social and moral talking points from the corporate media. Cast these aside as vapid and inconsequential compared with the life of the unborn. Engage your friends, neighbors, and coworkers to think about this life/death issue.
Don't fear politics, use politics to achieve a worthwhile end.
Democrats want free abortions at anytime, anywhere, for any reasons and also fund other countries abortions, Republicans almost universally resist that.
So vote accordingly.
I had a christian friend who said social justice, and systemic racism was way more important than abortion, and the church needs move beyond that issue, as abortion was not an important concern anymore. He was also a socialist-preferring even communism as the end goal and a regular church attendee, and for the most part popular, but he did get divorced and remarried 3 times and did leave the area. And everyone of his children and 2 grandkids all had children without being married and I dont think any of them liked church at all, (his offspring)
So you know this stuff permeates families in unexpected ways. The kids got older, left the church were sexually immoral, his daughter even told him she was getting an abortion for her first child, but he was able to stop that (she was 15). Her kids grow up going to church, youth group, etc... then leaves a Christian school, hates it, wants boyfriends, gets pregnant, then develops post partum psychosis real bad, became dangerous to the baby and is involuntarily committed to a mental institution for several years. I did go with him to talk to her one time, and she was quite insane. But she did escape eventually, her doctors told the grandfather, he needed to let her go and move on with his life.
