OK.. this is just for fun... A debate for fun....

    Let's use our imagination...

    Let's suppose I have $10,000 in a bank account.
The Rapture happens, and I am taken up to Heaven.
    What happens to the money?
Does the bank have a time limit on how long an account can remain inactive?

I mean after 7 yrs, I will be back on Earth right?
Can I withdrawal my money then.... lol

I know.. This is totally stupid... but I am having a good day, and was thinking about the future!

I may have figured out how to take it with me!!!

Don't worry about it. The Anti-Christ will put it to good use.

Considering the likelihood that most bankers will be in hell, how do you expect you'll be able to withdraw the money? :)

does that mean christians don't work in banks?
I think the antichrist will cause a lot of changes, I think in 7 years that money of yours won't exsist anymore.

Many Jewish families are still trying to get money back after the Holocost. I think its safe to say that the money left behind by all the people who mysteriously vanish will be claimed somehow long before you get back.

However, post-trib rapurists might be willing to look after it for you. Just leave me your account number, PIN, and all other necessary information. ;)

DISCLAIMER: My comments, as the thread they are a part of, are intended for fun. I do not claim responsibility for any dislodged underwear, wandering ducks, or unexpected bending that might result from reading them.

I wonder if BB will survive the tribulation... and if these debates will still rage on...

    I can see it now

    The rapture happened...

    No it didn't....

    Yes it did, you infidel..

Then why are you still here?

    I wasn't predestined to go?

    You calvinists are all alike!!

Hey!! I happen to resemble that remark! We wives just want to make sure we get to use it before the anti-christ does.

Japan will be all underwater after the tribulation due to the great earthquakes where all of the islands of the Earth sink. So my accounts will all be gone. :tear:

But hey, what would I spend the money on, anyway? Health care--nope, I'll have a perfect body. Entertainment? Who will need it when we can fly, visit other planets, etc. Food? We'll be the rulers so our subjects will owe it to us. :saint:

I'm reminded of the individual who was considered fairly well off, so when he passed on without any wife or children, the remaining relatives all gathered for the reading of the will. The attorney opened the will and began to read:

"Being of a sound mind, I spent every 'red cent'!"

My couch (actually a "love seat") is very soft and comfy, personally and thankfully, and my wife :love2: said she bought it just for me! And I have just slept on it for a month, too. :godisgood:

That is following my surgery, when I could not stand the pressure of sleeping on a bed, BTW, until last week, when she was happy for me to be able to sleep in bed once again. FTR.

Don't know about this, and without engaging in any more jocularity, I do know of a couple of churches that actually have all their property left when the rapture occurs, to the 144,000 sealed of the twelve tribes of Israel.

And on this one, I am completely serious.

A third church was not allowed to do this, by the state in which it was located, but made this attempt to write the deed to its property in this way, as well.
