Banning Child Mutilation Operations is racist

If nothing is done to stop this, it will stop in fifteen years when all the lawsuits start to cascade in. Thousands of lives are being ruined. Someone is going to have to pay. The harm being done is so obvious, the courts will have to side with the detransitioners. Europe is ahead of us. The lawsuits are already occurring over there.

 

I'm pretty sure that they think, or at least argue, that all white people, by default, or racist UNLESS they vote for the Democrat Party.

 

Nah, they're still racists, but they can get a temporary pass by railing against others that won't bow the knee.

 

It would be great if they came to their senses, but I'm not holding my breath. Still, there are already those in opposition. See post below.

 

And last month, Townhall reported how Chloe Cole, an 18-year-old de-transitioner, announced that she would sue the medical professionals who performed her double mastectomy procedure when she was still a minor.

“My teenage life has been the culmination of excruciating pain, regret, and, most importantly, injustice,” Cole said when she announced her lawsuit. “It is impossible for me to recoup what I have lost, but I will ensure no child will be harmed at the hands of these liars and mutilators. I am suing these monsters.”

Cole, who is still de-transitioning, has opened up on multiple occasions about her experience undergoing “gender-affirming” treatments. After undergoing the double mastectomy at age 15, she came to regret her decision a year later. And she continues to suffer complications from the procedure, according to Catholic News Agency.

I went to the link of the earlier article, which seems to address much of that. But there is still much more to be done. Here are some excerpts.

A teenage girl who de-transitioned from living as a boy announced this week that she is suing the organizations and doctors who facilitated the irreversible “gender-affirming” surgeries and treatments she endured as a minor.

The tweet specifies that the Center for American Liberty will sue Permanente Medical Group, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals over the fact that they “performed, supervised, and/or advised transgender hormone therapy and surgical intervention for Chloe Cole when she was between 13-17 years old.”

“Throughout Chloe’s medical experience in California, the facilities and institutions actively promoted, encouraged, and advertised the availability of these treatments. Chloe and her parents were not informed of the option for psychiatric treatment or an approach that attempted to treat the underlying psychological conditions to bring about a mental state congruent with Chloe’s biological sex,” it reads.

In a recent interview with the New York Post, Cole said she was “failed by the system” and that Biden’s rhetoric promoting transgender care is “dangerous.”

“He’s trying to advocate for further experimentation on children,” she said.
