Baptist Perpetuity proven from A Holy Temple in The Lord

A HOLY Temple.

“Now, therefore, you are no more strangers
and foreigners, but fellow-citizens with the saints,
and of the household of God,

“and are built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself
being the Chief Corner Stone;

“in Whom all the building fitly framed together grows to a Holy Temple in the Lord:

“in Whom you also are built together for an Habitation of God through the Spirit”

[Ephesians 2:19-22].

Paul was writing to the church at Ephesus and he reveals here the glorious fact that a True New Testament churches are a Holy Temple in the Lord, and that was the One Purpose for which the Lord Built His church at Ephesus, and we believe, every other true New Testament church, is that Built by Jesus Christ by The Guidance of GOD THE HOLY SPIRITso that God in the Spirit might Dwell therein.

Can anyone believe that God, having Chosen to Manifest His Presence in a Special Way in the churches of the Lord Jesus, allowed His Purposes to be frustrated, so that for centuries He had no such Habitation on Earth?'

But Catholics and Protestants do so declare, and countless ‘Baptists’, ignorant of, or indifferent to their Blood-Bought Heritage, who are deceived by, or are silent in the face of, this monstrous lie!

I am sure you are enjoying your histrionics, but I am neither ignorant of nor indifferent to the martyrs of our faith, and neither am I deceived nor silent about "this monstrous lie."

Would God allow his purposes to be frustrated? Well, it seems so. The Orthodox and the Latin Rite dominated Christianity for more than a thousand years. There were dissenters, but they were persecuted so that it seemed that God's will was surely frustrated. And some in the Catholic church were true followers of Christ.

When the English Baptists burst upon the scene in the 17th century, they — like you — proclaimed that they needed no lineage other than connection with the truths of the Bible.

You can search for dissident groups thrughout Europe and you will likely be disappointed in establishing a "pure" Baptist heritage, unless you have already decided you will find what you want, no matter the objective evidence.

And here, much to our dismay, is the Universal Church — those who, no matter denomination or rite or lineage — worship Christ as Lord despite twisted theology and hierarchies.

Are you familiar with Rome?

There is certainly worship of a 'Universal Church' and the influence behind that invention, that has been placed into the minds of carnal individuals. But, it has nothing to do with God, or God's Word.

It has to do, as you say, with "— those who, no matter denomination or rite or lineage — worship Christ as Lord despite twisted theology and hierarchies", which is the definition of Spiritual Adultry ery.

I'm talking about the Jesus Who is Lord, not the flesh.

Worship, Acceptable to God, was described throughout The Old Testament and is described in The New Testament.

There is One Eternal Covenant of Grace that Covers both Testaments and all time and Eternity.

That Covenant is not carried by The Great Whore, or her Harlot Daughters.

They make up their own.

That Covenant involves Eternal Salvation.

God Saves a souls in The New Testament the same way He Saved souls and Indwelt them, Born Again, with the Divine Nature.

The Succession of Truth has been Committed, by God, in The New Testament to The Kind of churches Jesus Built, of which you seem to know nothing, of course, and no Scriptures.
