    Anyone watch the new film? Not going to spoil anything of the differences verses the 50's version.

    No, and I don't intend to. Hollywood is certainly not going improve on the Heston classic of 1959. And that itself was a big improvement over the 1925 silent film.

    You should read the novel by Lew Wallace. I did around a dozen years ago. It would be well-worth your while.
