Biden Campaign Manager: Polls Are Inflated, Race Is Closer Than Media Believes

Yesterday Fox News obtained a three-page internal memo from the Biden campaign warning that President Trump can still win the race despite the media consensus that it’s all over because of the polls (even though the polls got everything wrong the last election cycle).

“[T]he reality is that this race is far closer than some of the punditry we’re seeing on Twitter and on TV would suggest,” Dillon cautioned in the memo. “Even the best polling can be wrong and that variables like turnout mean that in a number of critical swing states we are fundamentally tied.”

Actually, the national polls in 2016 had it just about right - by election day the average had Clinton winning by 3% and she won by 2%. The state polls had more of an issue in MI, WI, and PA.

It was more of just a national feeling that someone with such a flawed personal character as Donald Trump could not become president of the United States. That feeling turned out to be incorrect in our Electoral College system of choosing a president.

This political season is so charged when I get calls from the polling organizations I refuse to be polled. It is only a slight concern, but it is a real one nonetheless, that the person calling us might not be an actual polling organization. How can you tell. As hateful as some Trump haters are, I do not want one of them to use the guise of being a pollster to find out are Trump supporters so that when riots start in my area, they have the addresses to tell them where to go.

of course they are inflated, there is no way Biden has any 14 point lead over Trump. The DNC's pals did say Hillary had about the same lead at this point in time four years ago.

The popular vote is meaningless and state polling was way off four years ago. Biden's campaign manager is right, internal polls are showing something much different that he is privy to. And it's not like Hillary wasn't herself a "flawed personal character" and Biden sure is one himself. He's tanking in the polls thanks to his son and his own corruption and there's only a couple of weeks to stop the bleeding.

Wait, what? LOL. That's just ridiculous, KH. Clinton and Obama were and are well-known deeply flawed characters, and they were hardly the first. Hillary was and is at least as bad. Ditto for Biden.

The Dem choices are typically deeply repugnant morally, and their policies reflect that. Their "saving grace" is their crafty use of euphemisms with a media to voice them to an emotionally driven base, and to paper over their illustrious reputations.
