Text - H.R.6666 - 116th Congress (2019-2020): COVID-19 Testing, Reaching, And Contacting Everyone (TRACE) Act


SEC. 2. COVID–19 TESTING AND CONTACT TRACING USING MOBILE HEALTH UNITS.

(a) In General.—The Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, may award grants to eligible entities to conduct diagnostic testing for COVID–19, to trace and monitor the contacts of infected individuals, and to support the quarantine of such contacts, through—

(1) mobile health units; and


(2) as necessary, testing individuals and providing individuals with services related to testing and quarantine at their residences.

In Canada, the national head of the health department has said that they can put tracking devices on everyone to monitor their activities. Bill Gates can provide a vaccine with a tracking chip in it so that the government can tell up in DC if you are acting responsibly for your health and if you are not then they could deny you any additional medical treatment. If they come to my house, I will tell them that I do not want a test and will not willingly take one although I imagine that when I see my Medicare doctor in August he can tell from a routine blood draw where I am medically on the virus question. I don't think that I had it.

This entire reaction to a contagious virus is overblown. It is like years ago when the Board of Health put a huge red sign on our front door because we kids had the measles. And measles are more infectious than the China virus. But no one is so afraid of the old diseases although I don't like that we have smallpox locked up in a lab somewhere. But I have to admit that this pandemic has been deadly on people in nursing homes and prisons or jails.

Now Dr. Nathaniel Jeanson at Answers in Genesis is saying that it may have been an epidemic that killed off the Maya because they were the first wave to settle the Americas and we know from the Delaware report or something that there was a second wave of 10,000 to cross from Russia much later and they could have spread a fatal disease.

I myself now think that it was the Chinese bats who killed off the dinosaurs.

If you are talking about what killed off the dinosaurs, it was the Ice Age & people & not Chinese bats & not Bill Gates.
