The only justice for this group of thugs, is to disband them by law, and jail their leaders, and those responsible for violence

I disagree. Justice need to be slow, cruel, and extremely unusual. Show these people why we have a Constitution. Send him to N Korea and let Kim Jung Un execute him for us.
North Korea would keep him alive and use him for propaganda.
