Why does David ask to be born-again (create in me a clean heart, renew a steadfast spirit within me ) if he is already born again?

Yes he was.

But i never claimed to believe the man-made tradition OSAS in OT or NT. It is denied in Ezek 18, in Matt 18, in John 15, in Romans 11 ...

Maybe we are not on the same page of thought.

I assumed you cited Psalm 51 to show a rebirth (create in me a clean heart) . So I am not sure why you are answering with this other stuff.
