What games are ya watching today?

I will prob watch the USC and Michigan game.

Very surprised to see Penn State handle UT the way they did.

Wisconsin is playing well against Arkansas so far...

Maybe the Big 10 is better this year than I and others thought...

Flipping back and forth between games now, i'm looking forward to the Rose Bowl though...i think Big Blue will pull it out.

Did UT just not show up in the 2nd half against Penn State?

I'm not sure what to expect in this Ark/Wis game...i picked the Badgers, but they aren't doing much to win it.

    How about West VA's comeback?

Well, 2 wins today vs the SEC, but I am not really sure we can get a true picture from these bowl games...

BTW Pastor SBC, how about my Kentucky Wildcats? Remember me predicting them getting to a bowl game this year before the season started? I think you just laughed at me?

They did next to nothing to win it. The Arkansas defense stomped them in the second half and gave multiple opportunities for the offense to score.

    But.....

Like the annual ritual of teams in the Nutt era...

Arkansas found a way to lose when it mattered most.

Arkansas' in-house turmoil caught up with them. Wisconsin was underrated this year. I still think it's a tragedy that they didn't play Ohio State.

The Vols looked horrible. The defense got exposed yet again. Too much youth in the front seven and too little execution in the secondary.

Should be an interesting night of games. Rose Bowl should be fun. I haven't tuned in yet but will. I look forward to the Louisville-Wake matchup and will tune in to the latter part of LSU and Notre Dame. I doubt I'll watch much of Oklahoma and Boise State.

What a turnaround from the past two seasons - a 10 win season and a SEC West Division title.

I expect the Hogs to be even better next season with Malzahn hopefully being able to create a potent passing attack to go along with the Hogs world class rushing attack. Also, they have recruited someone who will hopefully be a decent field goal kicker.

I will not be surprised at all if the Hogs are undefeated heading into the Tennessee game next
    season. :)

Boise State and OU was a great game. I normally pull for OU, but I was happy to see the underdog win this one. Just another reason for a playoff...

These last three games finally weaned me off the Kool-aid.

The Razorback passing game isn't just bad. It's non-existent. Though I wish he hadn't left (and criticized it at the time), Williams probably made the best decision of his career in transferring. The coaches have not kept first things first. QBs and WRs simply do not develop at Arkansas (unless you count the QB who developed as a WR ).

The Hog defense absolutely manhandled the Badgers in the 2nd half. The offense had more than enough opportunities to score. Arkansas State probably could have put more points on the board with that kind of field position.

This negligence is criminal. Yes, McFadden wasn't 100%, but we better get used to that. If we don't have an effective passing game, he will continue to get injured, possibly seriously. If that happens, we have no chance at all.

My prediction for 07--8 wins, tops. I think we have the tools to go 10-2 or 11-1, but I think we'll end up the same as always--good but not great.

Now that the big boys know that the Boise States of the college football world can play with them the idea of a playoff may have been pushed back decades.

No Kool-aid. I think that Malzahn can get the job done in spring practice with Mustain, Crawford, et al, being there for the first time.

I like it when ANY team catches Oklahoma "suckin' eggs!!!!!!"

And some silly poster on this thread is cryin' for a playoff system because his "Okies" can't win where it counts---as in Fiesta '06 and Sugar '03 against LSU
