A U.S. federal appeals court issued a stay on Saturday temporarily halted Democrat President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate that would have required companies with at least 100 employees to get vaccinated for the coronavirus or be tested weekly.

This does not make sense.

Jesus was as a sheep led to the slaughter. But with the vaccination people looked at the benefits and risks of the vaccine and weighed this against the risks of the virus. Some decided to be vaccinated but others declined. These are health decisions.

Do you not see how idiotic it is to call a person a sheep for making a decision about their health regardless of that choice? That's just plain stupidity.

The sheeple are those who blindly follow. I'm sure there are some who blindly follow the government, but it seems most likely in the US that sheeple are those who do the opposite- who blindly follow the opposition. That would be you.

I honestly can't recall the jurisdiction level of the federal circuit courts. Do rulings from them apply only in their district, or across the U.S?

I know it'll get appeal to the U.S Supreme Court no doubt, and I know they apply to the whole of the U.S obviously.

It just applied to that court district. What will happen Is another district will rule the other way. The Supreme Court will then agree to hear it and the stay will be nationwide pending their ruling.
