Once saved and now under the new Covenant , is it OK now then to require a Sabbath observance still by either a church or individual basis?

What are the 39 rules of the Sabbath?

The 39 rules of the Sabbath or the 39 categories in which people supposedly should not engage on the Sabbath day are:

is it OK now then to require a Sabbath observance still by either a church or individual basis?

Galatians Chapter 5

For freedom did Christ set us free: stand fast therefore, and be not entangled again in a yoke of bondage.

These are the 39 major categories, however, these expand into subcategories, and so on.

Short answer, No.
Colossians 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
Do we still need rest, yes. Just because we are dead to the Law doesn't mean we don't need rest. There have been several attempts in history to change the week,
10 Day week in France and Soviet work weeks for example.

God did it the right way the first time.
Mark 2:27 And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath:

I don't think so.

It is fine to OBSERVE a sabbath.
One can even choose to observe as many of the 613 OT laws as possible (some of the temple laws are harder than others).

I think when one starts to REQUIRE things that Jesus and the Apostles did not REQUIRE, one has run off the "narrow path" and into the ditch of "Legalism" ... the same error that the Judaisers fell into. Paul suggested they should go all the way and emasculate themselves, so I think he might have been opposed to that approach to spitting on grace and earning righteousness through works ... but I am not an expert on such matters. ;)

You have given to us concrete proof as to why NONE except Jesus has ever fully kept the Sabbath as intended by Yahweh

That is where the Judaizers come into play in modern churches, such as in the Sda, requiring Sabbath keeping now still required by God

What do you include in Keeping the Sabbath?
What is it that you mean by requiring? Is this a thought provoking question or a question wanting an answer?

Require? No.

A Sabbath observance?

If you mean meeting as a congregation on Saturday, I see no problem there. The early church met on Sunday with the Jewish Christians attending the Temple on Saturday, but this wasn't prescribed.

If you mean a biblical Sabbath observance, then probably not.

Have no problem with any who wants to keep Jewish Sabbath, but not as a requirement in order to be saved

I do have a problem with those who "keep the Sabbath" per Scripture and encourage others to do the same because it is right there at "falling away".
But Seventh Day Adventists do not keep the Sabbath. They observe the Seventh day.

The early church worshipped on Sunday as a congregation (the "assembly"), but Jewish Christians kept the Sabbath as was their custom. They did not encourage Gentile churches to do the same.

So there are nuances.

Is the Jewish Sabbath part of the New Covenant or not?
YES!!
That is why EVERY Christian (Including the Apostles) is going to HELL! The Pharisees were 100% correct and only PERFECT obedience to the Law and Traditions will be pleasing to God.
Jesus is currently waiting up there all alone.

[OK, maybe not. This might be "sarcasm"]

Sda, per Ellen White false prophetess of their church, indeed do hold keeping the Jewish Sabbath a requirement to be really saved
