I expect that there are still many Friday-afternoon press releases showing "unexpected" negative numbers and reports touting dubious results to be made public in the next couple years.
Until then, take advantage of the high tide.
Not Obamacare friend, but the drought is costing California hugely.
But even at that the unemployment rate is declining. It is not at a great number and is above the national average, but it is declining.
The future is hard to know.
