The article fails to mention the fertility rate of muslim families. That is the real concern with that situation.

Marxists say we can solve the problem by putting ruthless dictators (Stalin, Mao) in charge. And we can murder babies in the womb and implement one child policy. Christians think education will result in the people making wise choices.
