Catholic Blasphemy Still Abounds

The next three doctrines that you listed concerning Mary were never emphasized or even taught when I was a Catholic. Some of them would have offended me as a Catholic. To say that Mary was as powerful as God is offensive. She is not. How can she be? Why the false accusation? I don't think a Catholic believes that to this day.

The argument here is "the Popes and Cardinals ARE Catholic" and their published accepted teaching is verifiable. Once we accept this teaching and that the Pope speaks for the Catholic church -- we are free to read what he says and accept it as actual Catholic teaching. You can not argue that when a Catholic Pope or Cardinal claims this teaching it is "not a false accusation" but when a Non-Catholic admits that they are teaching it "it is a false claim".

Hindus have 3 main all powerful gods followed by about 3 million lesser gods. Many of whom turn out to be far less powerful than the RC goddess Mary.

All Powerful Mary – Appealing to the RCC goddess Mary as all-powerful
"Is the Blessed Virgin powerful enough to obtain the salvation of her true servants? Yes. The Blessed Virgin is powerful enough to obtain the salvation of her true servants, that is, those who from the bottom of their hearts without ceasing ask her to help them to rise from sin, to live in the light of the Gospel, and to die in the love of God."
- Short Catechism Of Mary, Cardinal Charles Journet, pg 56

More on the all powerful status of the RC goddess - Mary
"Mary is all powerful with her divine Son who grants all graces to mankind through her" - Pope Benedict XV, Fausto Appetente Die

"All power is given to Thee [Mary] in heaven and on earth that at the command of Mary all obey, even God." - Alphonsus de Liguori, Roman Catholic Cardinal and "saint", from his book The Glories of Mary

Since the Mother, then, should have the same power as the Son, rightly has Jesus, who is omnipotent, made Mary also omnipotent; The Glories of Mary. (pp 180-181)

"She is omnipotent, because by her prayers she obtains whatever SHE wills. (The Glories of Mary pp 182)

"
With a still more ardent zeal for piety, religion and love, let them continue to [bvenerate, invoke and pray to the most Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, conceived without original sin. Let them fly with utter confidence to this most sweet Mother of mercy and grace in all dangers, difficulties, needs, doubts and fears. Under her guidance, under her patronage, under her kindness and protection, nothing is to be feared; nothing is hopeless. Because,
while bearing toward us a truly motherly affection and having in her care the work of our salvation, s
he is solicitous about the whole human race." - Pope Pius IX, Ineffabilis Deus

--However there may be some in the Catholic Church that unwittingly act as if she is as powerful as God by the way that they pray to her, by the requests they place upon her. They don't realize that Mary has to by omnipresent, omnipotent, omnisicient--the attributes that make her equal to God--in order to answer their prayers. Again it is looking at things from a Biblical perspective.

#6. Extermination of the saints
#7. Catholic Armies sent to kill Catholic Armies -- each having a Pope to call the other "AntiChrist"

DHK said:
Points 6 & 7 have to do with history. That history I was ignorant of. I was not ignorant of the Crusades, but was taught it from a different point of view.
After I got saved, and looked into the history more in depth I saw what really happened and the atrocities of the RCC. As a Catholic I would have never believed it. Both salvation, and knowledge opens one's eyes.

These points ALSO come from pro-Catholic RC historians and from the very pro-Catholic RC Document "Lateran IV" that calls for "the extermination of heretics" that includes primarily protesting Catholics and Jews. (quotes available upon request).

My point is that I am NOT simply going to non-RC sources and "finding bad things to say about Catholics". That would be pointless. I am looking for PRO-Catholic well published sources that are ACCEPTED by Catholics. I am simply admitting to what THEY claim to be the facts.

Note to DHK: (I am NOT however arguing that Catholics that DO believe these statements published by THEIR own group - can not be saved if they accept what their leaders teach).

This reminds me of some Catholics saying:

"The Lifetime Virgin Mary so loved the world that she gave her only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have the everlasting life."

"Without the Perpetual Virgin Mary, the World Redemption was absolutely impossible."
