Like to watch the TV, sitting there in his den.
But then one day, while the Oprah show was on,
He had some kind of problem, and then he was gone.

So he sat for a year, and no one seemed to care,
He just watched the telly, with an blank open stare.
His house was so dry, but he didn't need a drink,
He just dehydrated, so he didn't make a stink.

So the moral of our story is don't sit around too long,
Or you might end up like Vincenzo in our song.
Get up and stretch your legs, or perhaps just try to stand,
