Chaperones, just where do we get these people who are in leadership?

If the secret service needs Chaperones then perhaps there is a flaw in the secret service personnel that needs fixing, ya think?! Instead of fixing the flaw they want treat these people like teenagers. This is just disgraceful and the world must be having a late night laugh over this. By the way who is going to Chaperone the Chaperones? Perhaps the chaperones are the ones who need to be in the secret service.
