Charles Barkley call conservatives fake Christians

Barkley also said he wasn't a role model. Unfortunately anyone in the media children will look up to.

He never won a final so he wasn't that great. :smilewinkgrin:

It has always bugged me when people try to tell me what the bible says about what I should do and how I should act and the whole time they have no idea what the bible is talking about.

I wouldn't call them fake Christians. I'd call them misguided Christians :D.

Barkley hasn't figure out that we know he is not an expert on politics, culture, theology, science, etc., and we don't care about his opinions. He is second only to Joe Morgan as far as just stupid comments from athletes. But it's a close second :)

I enjoy listening to Barkley talk about sports, but as far as anything else he needs to keep his mouth shut me thinks.

Barkley missed out on a second career as a stand up comedian...so far.
