Hehe, I think the guitar player could have got his message across with a little less notes.

That's right. His real name was Kenneth Burns and he was the "Jethro" in Homer and Jethro.

He was also a brilliant jazz mandolin player and performed with Stephane Grappelli and his partnership with Steve Goodman was growing almost as popular as Homer and Jethro with Goodman died.

eeeeeyup. Those guys are both pretty good.

Good tune to pick on, too. I love those circular fifth songs, they're a blast to play.

Mike, Phyllis and I went & saw Brad Paisley on Sat. nite. It was definately the best concert I've ever seen. That guy can flat out play. Great band backing him up, great light show, a cyber Allison Krauss duet. I'm not too big on new country, but he's a guy you should see, if you get a chance.

That mandolin player is really good, but being a guitar player myself I zero'ed in on the guitar guy.

He's actually got the Django Reinhart thing going on in a BIG way.

Hot, hot, HOT picking for sure!

    Thanks!

    Mike
