On another Christian website I am a member of there was post about how it's wrong for Christians to have blogs. What do you guys think about this? Here is my myspace profile. I think it represents Christ in a positive light but a guy on the other site feels it does not. Check it out and let me know what you think.

I thought it was nice.

I have a blog too, and I dont see one ungodly thing about having one. Some people will find something wrong with anything.

I had one, and used it as a witnessing tool for my wife's family who is not saved. It would be nice if it ever came back up to retrieve my info. baptistblog.com:BangHead:

I have a blog, http://jgrubbs.blogspot.com, I don't see how having a blog could be considered wrong for a Christian. I don't know much about MySpace, other than the stuff I hear in the news. What was this persons argument against Christians having a blog?

whats wrong with blogs

Just thinking about what could be wrong with blogs.

Alot of times people will just write all their thoughts that go through their heads in a blog.

Others can take advantage of that, you know?

Secondly, alot of the things you just tell everyone ought to be told to God alone.

Thats two things I could see that would be wrong with a blog.

Plus the idea of just wasting too much time that could be used for a more productive thing.

Yep. Sad, ain't it?

I think a blog is only wrong if you use the Arial font. Otherwise you are good.

i can see where comic sans would be wrong...
i think the answer would be for all separatists to get off the internet.
i'm kidding of course...i got kicked off a fundy site yesterday for telling a catholic, who was also banned, that he could contact me directly for questions about baptists.
I also told him i was not a separatist
