Christmas - Does the Bible say we can celebrate this?

What does the Bible teach about the first Advent of Jesus Christ, and does it give any insight into what we may do to celebrate the coming of Jesus Christ the first time?

Luke 1:35 KJB And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

Here's a sermon, based on scripture, the prophets and sanctuary (Psalms 77:13 KJB)

Ho, Ho, Ho:

Isaiah 55:1 - Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.

Zechariah 2:6 - Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the north, saith the LORD: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the LORD.

Well, the Shepard's celebrated his birth!

Does the Bible instruct us to worship his birth - NO
and neither does the Bible prohibit it.
