    When I get told "Happy Holidays" I always ask them which holiday they're referring to. One lady told me Boxing Day. So I said Happy Boxing Day then, and have a Blessed box this year!

    I used to get all hung up over this, but not anymore. A light bulb clicked on for me that lost people act like lost people. Whether we like it or not, it's a cultural thing today, and holiday is derived from Holy Day, anyway, so I really don't see the big deal. We're not commanded to celebrate Christmas in Scripture either.

    I'm kind of at this point, too - especially your last sentence. But I still think the whole "Happy Holidays" thing is politcal correctness run amok and is just plain stupid.

    Yep, I'm old enough to remember seeing the word "gay" used the right way in our early reader books in grade school. The political words "gay" and "pro-choice" are two of the most successful spins in history.

    That was a good one.

    I love Brad Stine's dialog about C-mas. He does a whole thing on it. It is over the top, but its true and funny.

    Just thought of something in regards to the video. This guy is doing the exact same thing he is fighting against, demanding these companies succumb to his wants and convictions. To do what he is doing is hypocritical, IMO. He's complaining this company is catering to everybody, and they don't want to offend non-Christians...but he wants them to cater to Christians and not care about offending everybody else.
