Chuck Norris Leadership Model

So I'm taking a grad class on Zoom this week. That's software that lets you see one another in a meeting. It has a chat feature, and while the good Dr. D. was lecturing on leadership models (transformational, charismatic, transactional), somebody wrote to all of us:

"You can't ignore Chuck Norris."

I replied: "It's impossible to ignore Chuck Norris."

Someone else wrote, "What is the Chuck Norris leadership model?"

Another replied, "Covid took the Chuck Norris vaccine."

About that time Dr. D. said, "I'm going to have to turn off the chat feature! I'm getting distracted with the Chuck Norris thing."

We are now taking a break, but when it started someone wrote the final statement:
"Leadership has a Chuck Norris model."
