Cindy Sheehan's Sinister Piffle

Would some liberal anti-war Democrat please explain to me what exactly Israel has to do with Sheehan's protest of President Bush and his war on terror? Is this just more of the same anti-semitic rhetoric from liberal anti-war racists who claim that we were duped into fighting Israel's war for them (this is also, BTW, the same propaganda I have seen furthered on Al Jazeera and other terrorist networks)?

Our policy in the Middle East that the terrorists despise so much is freedom and democracy, in case you missed the 8 million Iraqis who faced death threats from the terrorists last January to go and vote. Or, were you referring to the foreign policy where we support our allies, Israel? Do you hate Israel? Is this protest really about your grief, or is it about Israel, or are you just being exploited by a bunch of anti-war radicals for political reasons, or are you just a miserable, bitter old woman, or is it all of the above? One thing that I surmise is that your motives are not as pure as you would like for us to believe. You are disgracing your son's memory and need to get some grief counseling from people who really care about you, and get away from those folks who are trying to stoke your hatred and exploit your grief. They are making you look like an idiot.

I agree with the U.S. action on the war on terror. I think we on the right course. We do need to show some the terrorist and the middle east we will not back down. (all of this from a liberal like me, go figure)

However looking at your first post on this thread is funny.

1. Like Mrs Sheehan is going to read your post

2. you refer to anyone who disagrees with you as a radical. People have the right to have an opposing view to yours or mine.

3. You use the phrase "bitter old woman". She is grieving. My uncle when he lost his son it took him several years to overcome the great grief, he felt. I think that comment was very tacky at best.

4. Then you say a grieving mother is looking like an idiot. This because she doesn't hold your views on the war.

Joesph, since I have been on this board you are quick to label. I am very conservitive in my views, yet you call me a liberal because I don't agree with you. There are always 2 sides to every problem. Everybody will not fall onthe right side of the problem like you always do. That sure don't make them look like idiots.
