Co-ed dorms in Idaho

I am totally against them.

They are even thinking of co-ed bedrooms:
The University of Idaho is planning to launch co-ed dorm rooms this Fall, and then allow for co-ed bedrooms by special request. Fischer informed state lawmakers of the change in the university's housing policy, resulting in what he says was quite a bit of agitation among Idaho legislators over the new policy

This is just putting temptation right in front of young people who have less experience and self-control, and think they are invincible.

Sounds like someone needs an education before they go off for an education.

Cheers,

These edumcated idiots are the perfect example of a quote that fits them exactly.

"He's educated beyond his intelligence."

Seems academia(?) is full of these characters.

This is what happens to state schools after a thorough purging of God.

Notice also how women are treated in countries where God isn't. Coincident? I don't think so..

This kind of arrangements have been going on at the University of Oregon for a long time... Not an official policy, but by a wink and a nod...

I am not surprised but sad about it.

Then we wonder why young people are okay with abortion and casual intimacy. It's the culture that tells them these things are okay.

College students have been sharing beds as long as there have been college students.

But not with the endorsement of the colleges. When I was in college, freshman girls had a curfew. Boys were never allowed in girls' dorms and vice-versa. Some certainly transgressed this, but it was not with the college's approval and certainly not with the college making it easy as pie to do this.

Not on the scale we see today, and when I was there, in the 60's, one would sneak in, and sneak out, or get a motel, and it was very infrequent, by comparison....Our daughter was telling us of this, that there would just be a union, and then walk away. No emotion, no regrets, just a kind of mutual masturbation(my words, not hers). No pretense of dating or courtship. Condoms are free, so is the morning after pill.
Our daughter and her friend graduated from Western Baptist College, now Corban, in Salem, and her friend went to Uof O for some graduate work and observed this...

People have been raping, murdering, robbing, abusing, etc. other people as long as there have been people.

So what's your point; blanket approval for "all of the above" as well?:rolleyes::rolleyes:
