There. That sounds less combative.

The letter C will stand for the CSB. And the letter N will stand for the NLT.

Colossians

1:6
C : and came to appreciate God's grace
N : and understood the truth about God's wonderful grace

2:18
C : by delighting in ascetic practices
N : on pious self-denial

2:19
C : grows with growth from God
N : grows as God nourishes it

4:5
C : making the most of the time
N : make the most of every opportunity

I will continue with more snippets from other books of the New Testament.

Galatians 6:4
C : not compare himself with someone else
N : won't need to compare yourself with anyone else

I am finding many more examples of ESV renderings that are unnatural and unclear compared with the NLT. But the incidence of unnatural and unclear CSB wordings are far fewer.
