The chief mark of the counterfiet last days miracle movement is "LYING" wonders and those who do not have a "love of the truth" who are led by the "spirit of ERROR" and who in the final analysis make subjective experience final authority over the objective Word of God - Isa. 8:19-20.

It is not countfeit in power or appearance but is real power that obtains real results.

Its counterfeit character is in its PURPOSE. God's purpose of miracles, signs and wonders is consistently repeated in scripture to be one thing - to confirm the prophets message to be from God. Therefore the test is that it harmonizes with God's already confirmed written revelation (Deut. 13:1-5; Isa. 8:19-20).

However, Satans use of miracles signs and wonders is to COUNTERFEIT God's purpose for miracles by making people think what his prophets say comes from God, thus they are called "LYING" wonders. Hence, again the test of all miracle workers is that their message harmonizes with already confirmed written revelation.

The first, second, and third wave modern day miracle movement has violated every single solitary Biblical test that their miracles are from God, as their doctrine is condemned by Scriptures, their confusion is condemned by Scriptures, their method of unity is condemned by Scriptures.

Can't you see what you are doing? You want to eliminate God's Word totally from this discussion and restrict it to a make believe SUBJECTIVE EXPERIENCE as the final authority for your doctrine. You are asking me to violate God's Word and use human reasoning and experience as the final court of appeal for truth and error.

You don't want God's Word to be the final court of appeal but either your personal subjective experience or some made up personal objective experience.

The religous court of Pharoah produced real miracles - they transformed an immaterial staff into a living snake. They turned water into flood. They reproduced more frogs.

I'm so glad to have your reliable reports on the thousands of testimonies around the world of good things happening to sick people. When good things happen, we should warn others to avoid it.

The CBC (Canadian TV and radio station) chose a "faith healer" to see whether or not their claims were true. But the one they chose was Benny Hinn. I suspect they chose him because of his great following and popularity.
They assembled a team of physicians and journalists. They followed one of Hinn's world tours and independent of Hinn interviewed a number of those who were "healed" on each stop. What were they sick of before they were healed? What healing did they receive? Doctors examined each one. Names and addresses were recorded.
A number of months later the same team went back to the same people and did a follow up. Of all the hundreds of people that received "healings" not one person was actually "healed." They still remained sick. They still had their cancers, diabetes, etc., and were quite disillusioned with their experience with "faith healers." Not one person was healed--not even one!!

There are no faith healers today. Sometimes God answers specific prayer, and those that are sick may get well according to His will. But there is no guarantee. There were plenty of individuals that Paul could not heal, including himself and Timothy.

Peter had the genuine gift of healing:
Acts 5:16 There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one.
--Jerusalem was a big city. Then the people brought all their sick from all the cities surrounding Jerusalem. The scripture here is very clear.
They were healed every one.

Paraplegics, quadriplegics, people with the plague, leprosy, etc. He didn't turn away any one.
This is the equivalent of a healer going into all the hospitals of a large city, going up and down the corridors and healing everyone in all the hospitals of any given city.
Why doesn't anyone do that today?
Why? Because no one has this gift today. Remember there were not hospitals in Peter's day. He did it out on the street--thousands of people.

What was the very purpose of EVERY miracle in the NT though?

To attest and confirm that Jesus was/is the Messiah, the Lord, so how can a movement that is grounded and based upon false doctrines of demons have true miracles happening within it?

God can and still does do divine healings IF that is His will, but how you take the "leap of faith" to say that it means that all those teaching nonsense of the WoF/Prosperity/Domenion groups "are of God?"
