No, its an attempt to keep the viewers of the BB from stumbling onto a subject or a post they didn't expect and don't want to discuss. We have private forums to discuss such issues if we want to use more explicit language. As the link explains.

Actually, while it is labeled as Baptist Men and Baptist Women, I do not believe that it is restricted to only Baptists.
