The good thing that came from Texas lawsuit is that more Republicans stepped up, 120 GOP from the House for this long shot, many more than what has been seen. Numbers and momentum are important for a change in the outcome.
The Texas case wasn’t dismissed on the merits but rather on the standing.
This was an exciting Hail-Mary pass that failed but there are other options. Some of these cases need to be heard, the President would have standing, the electors would have standing, and this fraud needs to be addressed for the good of the country and future elections.
As per a major action by the SCOTUS, the people are not ready or prepared for a complete turnaround, so at this time such action is unlikely.
However, even one state like Pennsylvania could have major ramifications for other states and this could start a domino effect.
At this point the people have very little faith in the process, but should the process take a significant bump forward the momentum could change.
The Supreme Court is not going to get involved in day-to-day challenges but might weigh in on strong evidence that has created a created a change in the numbers.
It’s not over.
There are still several chances for a Hail-Mary pass and sometimes these passes end up in touchdowns: Currently being the underdog may be a good place to be.
The Pennsylvania case is still very much alive.
Michigan has several cases pending before state courts. Forensic reports on court ordered Dominion machine searches have been completed and have revealed discrepancies wherein a motion to release this information to the public and Michigan legislature has been filed.
Georgia has just filed an emergency injunction to the state supreme court.
Many cases are still pending and any positive judicial decisions could come together quickly and this could cause a push in a new direction.
The mood may still change.
