    IF the msnbc report is accurate, then the church was of course right to suspend him, since his teachings would be contrary to the Lutheran foundations of faith and doctrine.

    MSNBC </font>[/QUOTE]It is interesting, but I don't see how it particularly affects Baptists, and I would think it more appropriate to the "Other Religions" forum (even though I think calling "Baptist faith" and "Lutheran faith" two distinct "religions" is unchristian and unbiblical (1 Cor. 1:12-13)).

    I think it is important for Baptists to be aware of what is going on in other Mainstream Churches. They are our brothers and Sisters in Christ. On the basis of there personal acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.
