our church has a ministry to deaf children. We have a team of people that visits them at their school evey friday and has a program for them. When deaf people come to our church we have an interpretor for them, but we don't have them come every week- its only when they come.

We have a deaf ministry in our church.
    This includes:

1.) A deaf SS class taught by a deaf person.
    2.) Interpreters for the services.
3.) Every other week, we host a deaf service separate from the regular service, on Sunday Evening.
4.) We find ways to incorporate the deaf in the life of our church. It is on purpose.

What's to keep you from learning sign language and starting one? Sign language is taught at the Adult Education classes or you can take them during the day... Maybe this is the opportunity to start one... Brother Glen [IMG]
