    What kind of different jobs can you get with a bachelor's theological degree?

    A degree is evidence that one can learn...or should be. It is possible to step into any generalized position; pastor, administration...it is a starter degree to-day. One needs a minimum of a Masters to move along in other fields, such as teaching.....there a doctorate is almost a must.

    We have many pastors in our 600 churches who have a Bible College diploma and the majority a BTh. More and more are getting doctorates.
