Not certain they can constitutionally do censure of a private citizen or even by the censure rules.
Maybe they should simply call a hit man, but no they want Trump and all republicans publicly humiliated in the public eye.

Their entire purpose is to try to make it illegal; for him to run again!

I dont think they can. How about can a convicted felon run for POTUS?
If they can prosecute and jail him, Pelosi said she wants to see Trump in prison, he can't run again. I expect this is something they are working on now.

They can make something up. Something related to bank fraud or related to his school he ran. They want all his bank records and accounts in New York State, the state AG is looking into charging him with a crime, if she can.
