I had heard every state that has passed this kind of bill, is being aggressively gone after in the courts.

Since the heart beat starts within 2 or 3 weeks of conception, then the birth control of abortion could only be effected by using the morning after pill every time the women has (willingly or not) unprotected sex. Of course mechanical or chemical prevention means would still be available for planned encounters.

I have no idea how the recently reconfigured SCOTUS might rule if it takes the case. Hopefully to protect the life of the baby.
