Biden bragged about withholding funds from the Ukraine if they didn't fire the prosecutor looking into the Ukrainian company that hired the totally unqualified Biden Jr. Obviously, the company hired Biden Jr. to influence the Obama/Biden administration. So, why wasn't Biden impeached?

I've seen no proof in Trump's case of quid pro quo. The Ukraine should investigate Biden.
